Orange Penne Pasta with Crispy Herb Bread step by step

1. Take water in a pan add salt and 1/2 tablespoon oil, once boil comes add pasta and let it cook till al dente, strain and keep aside.
2. Chop all the veggies.
3. In a kadai add butter and oil, once its heated add garlic, let it turn golden now add all veggies except tomatoes.
4. Stir fry nicely, blend tomatoes to puree and add to veggies.
5. Once tomatoes are cooked add tomato ketchup, add mixed herbs, chilli flakes, sugar and salt.
6. Now add mayonnaise, and color will be nice bright Orange, grate one cheese cube and mix nicely..
7. Now add 2 tablespoon water, and boiled pasta, give it a toss, cover and simmer for 2 mins.
8. For crispy bread, cut bread in your favourite shape, now heat a pan, add butter herb and toast bread slices nicely on both the sides.
9. While serving Pasta garnish with some herbs and serve with bread.
