- You need 1 cup of soaked chickpeas.
- It's 1/2 cup of soaked soya granules.
- It's 1 cup of blanched seasonal veggies.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions.
- It's 1-2 of green chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chat masala.
- You need 2 tbsp of cornflour.
- It's 4 tbsp of oil.

Tortilla wrap step by step
- Cook the soaked chickpeas till soft.
- Drain the excess water and mash it.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan and add the chopped onions and fry till light brown in color.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli sauté it for few minutes.
- Add soaked and drain soya granules and blanched and finely chopped veggies and mix it well.
- Add all the masala and salt and mix it well and off the gas.
- Let it cool down and then make small balls and shape it accordingly and roll them on cornflour and then with little oil brushing fry them till golden brown from both the sides.
- Make very thin roti of the dough and wrap these prepared patties in them and serve them hot with some raw salad and dip.
