1. It's 1 1/3 lb of ground beef.
2. Prepare 1/3 lb of ground mild pork.
3. You need 2 of eggs.
4. Prepare cup of feta cheese.
5. It's 1/2 of chopped onion.
6. You need bunch of chopped mushrooms.
7. It's 5 of garlic cloves.
8. Prepare 1 of red bell pepper.
9. Prepare 1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs.
10. Prepare dash of garlic powder.
11. Prepare dash of onion powder.
12. You need dash of worcestershire sauce.

Skillet Meatloaf Bomb & Easy step by step

1. Heat oven to 350° F.
2. Gather ingredients together.
3. Chop up all your veggies.
4. Place your ground beef and pork into the skillet along with eggs and seasoning.
5. Note I do not use a bowl to mix ingredients I use the skillet itself.
6. Add the rest of your ingredients into the skillet.
7. Mix every together with your hands might take a minute or so.
8. I shape it a couple inches thick and keep it an inch away from the sides of the skillet.
9. I threw a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce on top along with some olive oil.
10. Put in oven and bake for 1 hour and Enjoy!.
11. Note you can coat the top with sauces some people use ketchup and Worcestershire sauce combo or bbq sauce even Marinara sauce..I didn't add any sauce on mine.
