1. Prepare 1 cup of Rice flour.
2. You need 2 cups of Warm water.
3. Prepare 1 cup of Chana dal.
4. You need 1 pinch of Cumin seeds.
5. It's 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
6. It's 1/2 tsp of Catch turmeric powder.
7. It's to taste of Salt.
8. It's 1/2 tsp of Catch garam masala powder.
9. It's 1 tbsp of Oil.
10. You need 1/4 tsp of Hing.
11. You need 2 tbsp of Clarified butter.
12. You need 2 of Chopped green chillies.

Chana dal stuffed rice flour paratha step by step

1. Wash and soak chana dal for 4-5 hours..
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and cumin seeds to crackle add green chilli and saute for few seconds.
3. Add chana dal, catch turmeric powder, ginger paste, catch garam masala powder and salt and one cup of water and steam it.
4. . When cooker release the whistle turn off the flame,once cooled grind to make a paste..
5. Now stuffing is ready..
6. Heat two cup of water and one tbsp clarified butter in a pan and bring to boil..
7. Once boiled add the rice flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the rice flour..
8. To make a soft dough,divide the dough into equal size balls..
9. Stuff the chana dal filling in the dough and roll out.
10. Flatten the balls into thick round paratha..
11. .Grease a pan with little clarified butter and heat on a medium flame..
12. Applying clarified butter on both the sides and cook on a medium flame..
13. Serve hot with aloo baingan ki subji,curd and rasgulla..
