1. Boil the rice in seasoned water,cut the veggies in cubes..
2. Marinate the chicken with the egg,garlic powder,1tbs soy and chilli sauce.salt and pepper and let it rest for 30-35 mins..
3. In a pan,heat oil,add the chopped garlic,fry for 5 mins,add in the marinated chicken and cook until done.Once cooked then add the carrots,capsicum and onion,add in the soy sauce,chilli garlic sauce,tomato ketchup,and stir and let it cook for 8 mins.In the end add in the the water and simmer on low flame for 10-15 mins..
4. For fried rice,in a pot,heat oil,fry the spring onions and cabbage on high flame,add in the remaining chilli and soy sauce and mix it well with the rice and serve hot with the Manchurian..
