You need 2 of Eggs.
Prepare 1 1/2 Cups of Maida.
It's 10 Tablespoons of Sugar.

It's 3 Tablespoons of Cocoa powder.
You need 1/4 Teaspoon of Baking powder.

You need 1 Teaspoon of Butter.
It's 1/2 Cup of Sprinkes.

For the sponge cake:Separate the egg yolks and the whites. Whisk the white well till it becomes frothy. I whisk the egg whites in the mixer. Works well. Keep aside..

Add the maida, baking powder, baking soda and the vanilla essence in the same bowl. Mix using a spatula. Do the mixing in only one direction..
Add the milk, cocoa powder and mix well..
Now add the oil and mix well so that the oil is mixed well into the batter..
Grease a cake tin and transfer the cake batter into the tin..
To bake the cake:Pre heat a big pressure cooker for 5 to 7 mins. Make sure that you remove the whistle and the rubber gasket. Now this cooker acts as an oven..
Transfer the cake tin inside the cooker. Make sure that you keep the protective plate beneath the cake tin. This avoids the cake from burning..
Place the cooker on low heat and cook for 30-40 mins. Check once after 30 mins. To check if the cake is cooked, insert a toothpick or a clean knife inside the cake and if the knife/ toothpick comes out clean, then it is cooked..
Let it cool down completely before taking it out of the mould..
For the icing:Heat the butter and the chocolate together in a microwave for 20-30 seconds on medium power. I used Cadbury's Silk as I did not have plain chocolate. No regrets there. :P.
Mix the chocolate and the butter well until it becomes smooth and glossy. Spread it over the cake. Sprinkle the "sprinkles" and dig into chocolaty heaven!.
