6. You need 1.5 tablespoons of cornflour. 1 tablespoon salt or pepper.

1. Marinate chicken cubes in one tablespoon salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons soy sauce,1 tablespoon cornflour. Set aside for 30 mins.
2. Shallow fry chicken in one tablespoon oil (dont worry about cooking it through - it will fully cook in the gravy).
3. In the same pot add one tablespoon of oil. Add garlic, onions, spring onions, green chillies and cube and sauté on medium heat. Once they are no longer raw(dont brown) add tomato sauce, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Cover until oil slightly separates..
