- It's 3-4 cup of Rice flour (approx 500grm).
- You need 75 of grm green chilli paste (as per taste).
- It's 50 of grm of ghee/fresh cream (I used fresh cream).
- Prepare 4 tsp of sesame seeds.
- You need 2 tsp of carom seeds.
- You need 2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 2 of lemon juice.
- Prepare 4-5 tsp of sugar.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of soda (optional).
- Prepare of Oil for deep frying.

- Take Chakri maker, grease it, fill the dough n make Chakri on flat surface. I used kitchen platform..
- Now take a deep pan add oil for frying n put it on low flame. With the help of flat spatula take Chakri from the flat surface n drop them in hot oil..
- Fry them till it get pinkish on low flame..
- Note: 1) If u want Chakri should be soft than use soda.. other wise no need. Get crispy n crunchy Chakri..
- Note: 2) Can use curd also it should be sour (khatta). Than use less ghee/ cream n don't use lemon. 3) Make 6-7 Chakri in one batch. One in oil n another should be on surface. Don't make it all together other wise it will get separated in oil..
