1. Preheat oven to 180°C..
2. Grease, dust and line two 6″ tins..
3. In a bowl mix together chocolate, water, oil, sugar and vanilla..
4. Heat in oven on stove until the chocolate melts..
5. Let it cool..
6. Mix together maida, baking soda and baking powder..
7. Add warm chocolate mixture and whisk until you get a lump free smooth batter..
8. Add curd and whisk to combine..
9. Divide the batter between two tins, level and tap on counter..
10. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean..
11. Flip it onto a wire rack, remove pan and lining paper and allow it to cool..
12. Wrap in two or three layers of cling wrap and refrigerate until use..
