CHICKEN PIZZA RING: step by step
- Preheat the oven to 350°F /180°C..
- 🌻FOR THE CRUST: In a large bowl mix the flour, instant dry yeast, salt and sugar. Pour in the warm milk and egg and olive oil and mix until combined add water as required..
- Knead the dough for about 4 /5 minutes, cover with cling film or kitchen towel and let rise for about 50 minutes or double in size..
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a piece of parchment paper in a large circular shape. Cut four small lines through the middle of the dough using a pizza cutter to make a star shape. (you can see in my pictures).
- 🌻FOR THE FILLING: Spread the pizza sauce or tomato sauce around the crust. Then spread shredded chicken, bell paper, green chillies, tomatoes, spring onion, coriander and both cheese. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes. Bring one point of the center star over the filling as well as bringing the outer edge of pastry inwards. Press the two together and continue until you have a wreath.(all folding method you can see in my pictures).
