1. You need 300 g of steak mince.
2. You need of Chopped carrots onions and celery.
3. It's of Puff pastry.

Fluffy's mince and potato pie instructions

1. Fry onions, carrots and celery in a little oil. Add mince and brown. Add stock, puree and bay leaf. Simmer for about 25-30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile prepare your potatoes and carrots. Preheat oven to 180. Peel veg, boil potatoes in salted water. Mash with a knob of butter when cooked. Peel and slice carrots into sticks, put in an oven tray, add olive oil and salt, few sprigs of rosemary. Start cooking carrots in the oven.
3. Add meat to mini pie dishes or ramekins. Add mash on top. Cut out some pastry, just enough to cover the pies. Glaze with melted butter, make a couple of holes in the top with a cocktail stick and bake with the carrots for about 25-30 mins.
