Ingredients of Aalu bajiya

Prepare 3 of big size potatoes.
Prepare 1 bowl of gramflour (150 gram).
Prepare 6 of garlic pods.
It's 3 of green chilli.
You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
You need To taste of salt.
Prepare as needed of Cooking oil for deep frying.

Aalu bajiya instructions

Firstly take potatoes peel and cut in to rounded shape and wash twice keep aside.
In a small blender jar put garlic, green chilli 1tbsp water blend it make paste now remove in a bowl.
Take a mixing bowl put gram flour, prepared paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste mix it nicely now add little by little water mix it properly without any lumps make thick consistency batter now dip potatoes slices coated properly.
Now drop in hot oil and deep fry it becomes golden nice brown in colour on medium to high flame.
Now remove on a plate and serve hot with any types of chutney or sauce.
It is ready.
