Ingredients of Crispy Chips
- It's 1 cup of Potato (cut into thin chips/round form).
- Prepare 1 cup of gram flour.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of Rice flour.
- Prepare pinch of Red food colour.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chat masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic green chillies paste.
- You need 4 tbsp of Water.
Crispy Chips instructions
- Take a clean potato and cut in to equal round thin shapes..
- Make sure the shapes should be equal and thin..
- Now clean it again and put in into the water for sometime..
- Take a bowl and add gram flour,rice flour and salt to it..
- Mix it well and add all the spices and little bit of red food colour to it and ginger garlic paste to it..
- Mix it well along with 3-4tbsp of water to make it a thick paste..
- Now put the sliced potato into the mixture and quote both the sides of the potato chips nicely..
- Take a frying pan and add oil to it..
- Once the oil is heated and put each potato slices(nicely qouted with the besan mixture) to the heated oil and fry it both the sides for 1minute..
- Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys..
