1. Prepare 250 gms of All purpose flour.
2. Prepare 100 gms of Curd.
3. It's 150 gms of Strawberries.
4. You need As required of Nutella/ Hershes chocolate bread spread.
5. You need 4-5 spoon of grounded sugar.
6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
7. You need Pinch of salt.
8. You need 1/2 tsp of Eno fruit salt.
9. Prepare As required of Icing sugar to garnish.
10. Prepare 2 drops of Vanilla essence.
11. You need As required of Butter or refined oil.

Very Berry Pancakes instructions

1. In a bowl sieve all the dry ingredients sparing the fruit salt. (Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt)..
2. Sieve curd at last in the dry ingredients & mix it well making it a nice pouring consistency batter..
3. Keep stirring the batter for 8-10 min. Add vanilla essence,cover with a lid and let the batter rest for good 10-15 min. (do not mix the vanilla essence with the batter.).
4. Now take your batter add eno fruit salt & mix it well..
5. On a heating non - stick pan rub some butter pour a laddle full batter & cook the pancake from both the sides. Chop some strawberries..
6. Once the pancake is cooked from both the sides take it off on a plate & prepare all the pancakes likewise. Let them cool a bit. Take one pancake at a time & apply the chocolate spread on one side, add some chopped strawberries make layers from other pancakes as well. Garnish with some icing sugar & whole strawberries.
