- Mix everything. Add water little by little to make it a nice runny consistency batter..
- Cover and let it rest for minimum 30 minutes..
- After 30 minutes, grease the griddle lightly with olive oil on a nonstick pan..
- With the help of round shape laddle, spread the batter on pan going from inside circle to outside..
- Flame should be medium. Cover with lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping side..
