  3. In a mixing thali.. combine rice flour, salt, green chillies ginger paste and Hing.. Mix well.Pour prepared hot cummin seeds water on it.Mix well with spatula to make soft mixture.Cool for 5mins..
  4. Wet your palm with water...take a small ball size portion from dough..tool and press with palm.. making hole with first finger in centre..as shown in place on grease thali..
  5. Steam these prepared rice Khichu for 20/25mins in steam cooker..

  10. Add boiling water on it..add salt to taste..Cook till the water is absorbed..and mixture leaves the side of vessel..
