- You need 2 cloves of garlic minced.

- In a hot wok, add oil, add garlic and onions, stir fry until fragnant.
- Add paprika, vegetable seasoning, salt and pepper and stir, now add chopped vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Next add broccoli and stir fry, push veges to the side of the wok and add shrimps, stir fry until pink, push to the side and add the egg into the wok.
